Privacy

Meria.Agency is a service of MERIA, LLC. This page explains what we collect on meria.agency, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form (“Say hello”):

• your email address (required);
• your business name, website or Google listing, and city, if you give them.

When you send the form we also record the date and the country your connection comes from, which our hosting provider supplies. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

To reply to your message and, if you become a client, about your work with us. We don’t sell it, rent it, or add you to anyone else’s list. We won’t send you marketing email unless you ask for it.

Where it is kept

Messages from the form are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which also hosts this site, and a copy arrives in our email inbox, which Google hosts. Those two companies process the data for us; they don’t get to use it for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time: email hello@meria.agency. We will do it and confirm by reply, wherever you live.

Do Not Track

We don’t track you across other sites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off here.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
